My journey started in the corporate world, where I spent years working in the insurance and banking industries. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the challenges professionals face in fast-paced environments, especially when it comes to maintaining emotional well-being under pressure.

Mindfulness has been at the heart of both my personal and professional life for over a decade. I focus on bringing mindfulness into workplaces, helping teams communicate more effectively, build stronger connections, and become more resilient.

I’m a certified Mindfulness at Workplace Trainer and a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, currently training as a therapist at the Nederlandse Stichting Gestalt Institute in Amsterdam.

As a TEDx and conference speaker, I’ve had the opportunity to share my insights on mindfulness and well-being with a variety of audiences, sparking positive change in both their personal and professional lives.

In addition to mindfulness, I’m also deepening my expertise by studying psychotherapy in Amsterdam, as I believe in offering a holistic approach to emotional well-being.

Originally from Latvia, I now live in Spain, offering online therapy sessions and online webinars to corporate clients around the world.

Whether through one-on-one work or group workshops, I’m passionate about helping individuals and organizations integrate mindfulness and emotional well-being into their everyday lives, no matter where they are.

Mindfulness at Workplace

  • This session offers a great chance for people to explore what mindfulness really is (and isn’t), while also diving into why and how it works. Alongside learning the science behind mindfulness, participants will have the opportunity to try out some mindfulness practices firsthand. This engaging approach has proven to be highly effective online.

  • A series of 5 sessions delivered over the course of multiple weeks. Each module can be delivered in 45-90 minutes. Sessions provide an understanding of the key workplace stressors, and teaches participants how to integrate mindfulness techniques into workday. Includes access to guided meditations and notes to each lesson.

  • Live online meditation sessions in the workplace provide a convenient and accessible way for employees to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being, all from the comfort of their own space. Duration of live mediations are 20 min

  • This format works really well for themed wellbeing days or corporate retreats. Along with learning the science behind why mindfulness works, participants get to try out mindfulness practices firsthand, helping them see its benefits for boosting workplace performance. The workshop is tailored to fit any ongoing culture change, leadership, or training programs, making it instantly relevant and useful for everyone involved.
