My journey into mindfulness began in the heart of the corporate world.

Working in insurance and banking I experienced firsthand the relentless pace and pressure that so many professionals face. I soon realized (truly) that “All the success in the world” means nothing without emotional control and peace of mind.

And that was more than ten years ago now…

I was lucky I found mindfulness. It started as a personal practice, a way to calm the racing thoughts and stop living in past or future worries.

But over time, it became so much more—a practical way of ‘self-coaching’ to manage stress and create a deeper connection with myself and my intuition.

Mindfulness changed my life and over the past decade, mindfulness has become the foundation of both my personal life and professional path.

I’m a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, trained at the University of California San Diego Mindfulness Center.

I am a certified Mindfulness at Work Trainer by MMI Mindful, a leading Mindfulness training organization in California.

I spent five years living in Houston, where I taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs.

I facilitate mindfulness at work seminars in organizations.

As a speaker, I’ve shared the stage at international conferences and corporate events, speaking on topics like leadership presence, the courage to slow down, and mindfulness as a strategic advantage.

In parallel, I support individuals in private sessions, combining mindfulness with Gestalt therapy principles. I’m currently in my third year of training to become a Gestalt therapist at the Nederlandse Stichting Gestalt Academy in Amsterdam, deepening my ability to support clients through a holistic approach.

I’m originally from Latvia and now live in Spain, working remotely with organizations and private clients.

I believe in the power of slowing down—not as a sign of weakness, but as a way to find strength, focus, and meaning in our busy lives.

It’s what has shaped my work, and it’s the heart of everything I do.

My Experience

A Holistic Approach to Well-Being

I believe that well-being isn’t just about fixing what feels broken—it’s about nurturing the parts of ourselves that often get overlooked in the rush of daily life.

Over the years, I’ve seen how stress and burnout can creep into both our professional and personal lives, quietly eroding our focus, energy, and sense of purpose. That’s why my approach is grounded in mindfulness and guided by the belief that slowing down is a powerful act of self-care.

“The moments you rush the most, are the moments you need to slow down the most.”
