My Approach

I bring over a decade of experience in mindfulness practice.

I am a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, trained by the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness.

I am currently in my third year of training in Gestalt therapy at the Nederlandse Gestalt Academie in Amsterdam. Gestalt therapy is a holistic, experiential approach that focuses on increasing self-awareness in the present moment to support personal growth and emotional healing.

These sessions weave together mindfulness for stress reduction and Gestalt therapy.

Private Session (60 minutes) — €80

This is a pay-per-session format — no packages or long-term commitments are required.
You are welcome to book a one-off session or discuss ongoing support after we meet.

Sessions take place online via Zoom.
